This is not an error at all, but a notice requested by our clients. They dislike adapt blocks that are not on the same page as the blocks that they adapt, so we make a note of these.
DBDOC makes this a non-issue by linking ADAPT blocks to the specs they adapt. However, a sheet with the ADAPT block on the page of the block it adapts is certainly easier to understand when it is looked at.
