FC 132 trip specification is only active on the first of two or three blocks in a chain. If the value of S3 for a second or third block is not 1, we will have told you, but the problem is only cosmetic. Change the values to match the first block to eliminate the message.
--Scanning drawing 1040501E.CAD Trip on fault: Module 1,04,05 Block 1037 (FC 132) has S3 zero (will trip on failure).
