This message means that the indicated block is ignored because the gain applied to its input is 0.0. If the output is always zero, it is especially misleading.
--Post Processing drawing 12002M1A.CAD Zero gain value for S3 of Module 11,70,04 Block 9385 FC 15 means that Block 9280 is being ignored.
