The indicated constant is ignored because the gain applied to its input is 0.0. It has no affect on the configuration. Often, constants that are disabled represent tuning capability that is intended to be kept ready for use. Compare this with blocks that are ignored.
--Post Processing drawing 11502A2 Zero gain value for S3 of Module 1,15,02 Block 2026 FC 15 means that constant Block 6 (1.0) is being ignored.
