This message flags tags that are very similar to each other, on the basis that they must be easy to confuse. Much of our linking of AutoCAD sheets, for example, is based on ignoring separators, so these tags could not possibly be resolved uniquely.
Tags that might be easily confused: T0-AI-7973, TO-AI-7973 [second tag is "to-ai-7973"]. Tags that differ in separators only: 3ASMPCLSD-1, 3ASMPCLSD1. Tags that differ in separators only: 1-FI-1157-C, 1-FI-1157C. Tags that differ in separators only: 1-TI-0591-A, 1-TI-0591A. Tags that differ in separators only: 1-TI-1079-A, 1-TI-1079A. Tags that differ in separators only: 2-FI-1157-C, 2-FI-1157C. Tags that differ in separators only: 2-TI-0591-A, 2-TI-0591A. Tags that differ in separators only: 2-TI-1079-A, 2-TI-1079A. Tags that differ in separators only: AMB_CAL_REPORT_NO_NO2 SPAN1, AMB_CAL_REPORT_NO_NO2SPAN1.
We look for both separators and for letter /number pairs that can cause confusion.
