If you see this error, it means you have selected too many databases. Take a look at your Composer or WinTools database selection with BuildPlus / Tools / Project Options / Database Selections.
You should only choose "large" database taglists. Often, there are transfer lists of a small number of tags that should not be chosen. Also, there can be archived (dated) lists recording the state of the tags at some point. These should not be selected either.
