This message arises when an unknown version of Wonderware is used. Please communicate with us so we can resolve the error.
It happens that this message also catches an error that occurs when we have a bad dongle in use. The phrase "Bad Magic Number" is the key. If you see this, but do not have Wonderware, please consult with us about your dongle. You probably need a new one in exchange for the one you have.
