In an INFI Loop system, you cannot import an exception report input from the same PCU. The import block will show bad quality and will not work. The module will show "NPMError". Since this worked in Plant Loop, this can be a significant problem.
This message will always cause a specious NPM Error in the module, so it will mask a real error, even if the import block is unused. If the flawed import block is unused, there is no other bad effect. It can be ignored.
If the flawed import block is used, its value is 0 Bad Quality and it simply does not work. A Bus Import block must be used instead.
--Scanning drawing 5430388B.CAD DI/I Reference imports Module 5,43,05 Block 698 from same PCU (OK in Plant loop).
In this case, the error actually points to incorrect parameters that had not been detected.
