The zip file that is sent to you will contain a batch file, 103.bat, that, when executed, will correct this problem. It will stop your CrypKey license server and remove the CrypKey components. It will then execute the setup files included with the zip and reinstall these components. It will let you know that a reboot is necessary in order for these changes to take effect.
