Installing the 800xA DLLs for Hyperview support of 800xA graphics

You will be prompted to install the 800xA dll files during installation. Only users with 800xA VB Version 5 graphics require these files. It is a password protected zipped file - contact us and we will send you the password.

If you did not choose to install the 800xA dlls on installation, you can install them at a later time with the following steps:

  1. Browse to the 800xA DLLs folder in your installation directory (By default: C:\Program Files\GMCL\DBDOC\PROGRAMS\800xA_DLL_Kit.exe).
  2. Double click 800xA_DLL_Kit.exe to start the Winzip Self-Extractor.
  3. Enter the password and click Yes.

The InstallShield wizard will automatically guide you through the rest of the installation.


W7 users may see the following dialog.

Select: This program installed correctly.

You can find information on including 800xA graphics in your build in the 800xA Instructions folder on your DBDOC Installation DVD (by default DVD:\800xA Instructions\Including 800xA Graphics in DBDOC Project.pdf).
