This usually means that you are using remote desktop. Crypkey 6 allowed remote desktop, but for Crypkey 7 you will need a new key.
Log on to the computer directly (not using remote desktop) and get us to send you a new computer key. After you apply the new key, you will be able to use remote desktop with no problems.
You may also get this error if you are trying to run BuildPlus or CIUMon off of a networked drive. Don't do that; it doesn't work.
