The Computer Code is missing

If you are unable to generate a Computer Code, please close down BuildPlus and/or CIUMon and delete all GMCL.* files, EXCEPT for GMCL.dat, from the installation directory. Open up BuildPlus or CIUMon and you should see a new Computer Code that you can send us to obtain your Computer Key. If you are unable to delete the GMCL.* files, which is a very rare occurrence, they may be locked by a second copy of BuildPlus. Open up the Task Manager and stop the second "phantom" BuildPlus and then proceed as above. If you do experience this situation, please report it to GMCL as we are trying to reproduce it to correct it.
