Working with the DBDOC security dongle

You will need a DBDOC Dongle in order to build of your system. When you connect the dongle to a USB or parallel port, Windows may try to find a driver for it. If you see this window, cancel out of it.

• The DBDOC installer automatically installs the necessary dongle drivers (USB or parallel).
• BuildPlus will tell you whether or not the dongle is present on the port.

Note: The dongle is only required for builds. You do not need it for CIUMon, Hyperview or CIULink. You do need a CrypKey license to run CIUMon.
