Installation & Upgrades, Builds, Live Data

DBDOC is easy to install and upgrade. The initial installation and build is typically guided over the phone by experienced GMCL staff, and you can always ask for assistance with subsequent upgrades.

Once the initial build is done, builds are essentially automatic. DBDOC rebuilds are usually automated to repeat at regular intervals. Use DBDOC's reporting to do thorough system analysis. With GMCL's support & update service, help is just a phone call or email away.

Getting live data onto your DBDOC snapshot is straightforward, and requires running one or more copies of CIUMon, a data server that talks to your CIU.
