After a little time on the phone with one of our staff, most of our users happily go along using DBDOC with no formal training - they simply give us a call or email when questions come up. However, we do offer formal training classes both on-site and in central locations.

DBDOC Workshops
Improve the use and implementation of your DBDOC system. DBDOC workshops are typically one to four days in length, and include sessions of your choosing in a format that works best for your situation. Workshops can include sessions suitable for DBDOC novices as well as those with substantial DBDOC experience. Individual sessions are typically 1-3 hours in length, although we can work within your requirements to provide more time on certain topics, or compress and combine others. Site-specific question and answer sessions and general consultation time can also be arranged.
